There seem to be more options to declare war, could be wrong, but the list seemed longer to me.
These were tied into the buildings in CK2, here you get choice, and the building upgrades seem to boost their stats is what it seems. Like you get generic cheap levies, but then you also can use prestige to raise "specialized" men at arm regiments. You can still upgrade those regions too.Ĭombat you seem to have more control over what type of troops are in your army. So it sort of like they took the "holding" of castle/village/church etc and turned each into each own map region.
The map seems bigger though in ck3 and instead of having 1 region as county holder a county has like 3 sub regions or more. I think you had more county options in terms of lords in ck2.
